Friends Can Learn How to Keep Each Other Safe
A group of friends went on vacation together. They went to see historic sites. Alex and Chris got separated from the group. Luckily they had picked out a meeting place—the cannon– in case this happened. They decided to go back to the meeting place to wait for the rest of the group. As they walked back to the meeting place, a car stopped. The driver was a stranger. He offered them a ride. Alex and Chris decided to say “No.” This is because they did not know the person. It might not have been safe. The stranger might not have taken them where they wanted to go. Alex and Chris made the right choice. Better safe than sorry!
